2. Mutual Fund & Market Risk Factors
Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) carefully before investing.
Mutual Fund units, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and direct equities do not offer guaranteed returns. Past performance of any scheme, fund manager, index, or asset class is not indicative of future performance.
NAV of units issued under schemes can fluctuate depending on prevailing equity, credit, liquidity, and interest rate movements. Neither the AMCs, Trustees, nor Gaindamull Hemraj Capital assure that scheme objectives will be achieved.
3. Commission Disclosure & Regular vs. Direct Plans
Under SEBI regulations, we deal exclusively in Regular Plans of Mutual Fund schemes and earn trailing commissions paid by Asset Management Companies (AMCs) as per statutory disclosure limits.
Direct Plans with lower Total Expense Ratios (TER) are available for all schemes directly with respective AMCs without paying intermediary commissions. We earn zero commission on Direct Plans.
4. Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) & PMS Risks
Investments in Alternative Investment Funds (Cat II/III) and Portfolio Management Services (PMS) entail higher complexity, longer lock-in periods, liquidity constraints, and exposure to private market or unlisted instruments. These vehicles are suitable only for sophisticated accredited/HNI investors who understand the potential risks of capital loss.
5. Investor Grievance Mechanism
For any grievances, scheme inquiries, or service issues, investors may reach out to our principal officer:
If unresolved, investors can lodge complaints through SEBI SCORES portal (scores.gov.in) or via the SMART ODR platform (smartodr.in).
